Role Overview 

As part of Technology Steering, you will serve as the central coordination and governance function for logistics within the production environment. In this role, you ensure a stable material supply, maintain performance transparency, and drive alignment between operational activities and strategic objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure stable, demand-driven material flow in alignment with the production program 

• Monitor and manage inventory levels as well as overall supply performance 

• Develop, track, and continuously improve logistics KPI frameworks 

• Prepare decision-making materials and insights for senior management 

• Act as a key interface between logistics, production, planning, IT, and other central functions 

• Analyze logistics processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance 

• Support and steer strategic logistics initiatives and projects 

• Manage logistics-related headcount and capacity planning in line with demand 

• Oversee and control key financial indicators within the logistics scope 

Your Profile 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field 

• Relevant professional experience in logistics, material flow systems, and/or production environments 

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making 

• Proven ability to manage complexity and translate it into clear, actionable insights 

• High level of autonomy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills 

• Fluent in Hungarian and English; German language skills are an advantage
