Body In White - Intern (Manufacturing) – 12 Month Internship
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Future Talent Events Placement Year (July 2027)
The Rolls-Royce Future Talent team is responsible for steering the training and development needs of all Intern, Graduates and Apprentices within our Goodwood office.
In the Apprentice Training area, you will be part of the team to support with all aspects of apprentice onboarding, apprentice marketing and school events. You will develop and organise apprentice engagement activities. Over the course of the year, you will build the skills needed to plan and run apprentice events including recruitment Assessment Centres and Welcome Evenings.

What awaits you?
- Support the team in launch or series activities.
- Be part of the successful launch of pre-series cars and new bespoke features.
- Keep in close contact with the process partners of the team and have a unique view of the manufacturing of high luxury cars.
- Take responsibility for your own projects and present them in front of process partners and your team.
- Support the team managers with reporting and presentations into the wider BMW business and partner departments.
What should you bring along?
- Studying towards bachelor’s degree at 2:2 or above or a Master’s degree Pass or above in an Engineering related course.
- Have basic understanding of complex processes in relation to automotive technologies as well as automotive manufacturing.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Power Bi data visualisation tools, Copilot ).
- Able to communicate solutions clearly and concisely.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
- Able to work in a high-quality demanded environment.
