 In this role, you will be involved in:

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues for end-users.
• Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
• Participating in the implementation of new technologies and IT projects.
• Performing data analysis and generating reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related challenges.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records of IT-related activities.

What should you bring along?

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• High organizational skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
