Outlet Manager, MINI Tokyo Bay

Responsible for achieving all targets related to sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction for MINI new car sales at the assigned outlet.
Leads and drives the achievement of the assigned outlet’s business plan by overseeing sales measures, pricing strategy, inventory management, and overall operational processes.
In addition, this position plays a central role in organizational leadership, people development, and the formulation and execution of sales strategies.
