Fall 2026 Full-Time Internship – Woodcliff Lake, NJ 
September 8, 2026 – December 11, 2026

 

WHAT AWAITS YOU.

  • Collaborate on our 2026 projects (including new potential touchpoint survey additions, BMW VOCIC enhancements and expansions for all three brands, user training material and video creation, leverage the user of AI tools, etc.).
  • Support dealerships, area teams and provide flexible support for any critical business requirements that are prioritized.
  • Perform detailed analysis to provide periodic and actionable insights to our executives and management teams.
  • Provide accurate and timely technical support for our dealer network as well as for the corporate users of our Qualtrics platform.
  • Develop new Qualtrics dashboards and enhance existing ones as business needs arise. 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • US Work Authorization required.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
  • Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
  • Ability to work Full-Time (36.25 hours/week).
  • You must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

  • Field of study: Business, Business Analytics or other related fields.
  • Data-knowledge/experience and proficiency in analytical thinking.
  • Full Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal – and active listening skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities; organized with high attention to detail.
  • Committed to constant improvement and performance.
  • Experience in providing support to stakeholders, either internal customers or external partners.
  • Preference:
    • Knowledge of survey and business intelligence reporting tools i.e. Qualtrics or equivalent.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires in office days. 

 

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30. 
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.

 

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
