WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Deliver training, coaching, and support to dealer sales and aftersales staff on BMW products, technologies, tools, and sales processes.
- Lead specialized training sessions to enhance customer experience and strengthen soft skills like consultation, test drives, and sales delivery.
- Partner with internal teams (Training Managers, Product Specialists, RPT Leads) to align training strategies with product launches and growth initiatives.
- Present and simplify product knowledge for diverse audiences, adapting to varying experience and technical skill levels.
- Act as a subject matter expert and brand ambassador, maintaining deep knowledge of BMW products, tools, pricing, and marketing programs.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and regional teams to identify training needs, close knowledge gaps, and improve training effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver training materials, support events, manage travel demands, track training goals, and contribute to additional projects
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years in the automotive industry
- Ability to travel at least 85 to 95% of the time
- Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Facilitation and training experience is preferred

Relocation is available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position is $57,900.00 - $95,500.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
