What awaits you?

• Support the monitoring of changes in Mexican tax law and assist in assessing their impact on BMW Group operations.
• Support compliance activities related to municipal, state, and federal tax incentive programs.
• Review direct and indirect tax returns, ensuring correct tax classification of sales and purchase transactions.
• Support the execution and maintenance of procedural controls related to tax compliance, including coordination with third‑party providers.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and provision of data required for tax return preparation and submission.
• Participate in internal tax reviews and support the implementation of corrective actions to improve processes and reduce tax risk.
• Provide operational support to the Tax Manager and the tax team on ongoing tax matters.

What you should bring along?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge and adherence to internal Development Guidelines.
• 2–4 years of experience in tax compliance, tax control, or related activities.
• Good understanding of Mexican tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English skills.
