SENIOR CREDIT ANALYST

BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES

As a Senior Credit Analyst you will serve as a cornerstone of the New Business department, balancing rigorous financial stewardship with a growth-oriented mindset. In this role you will be responsible for orchestrating the delicate balance between mitigating risk and maximizing market opportunities, ensuring that every credit decision reinforces the organization’s long-term sustainability and compliance framework. 

What awaits you? 

• Drive the achievement of credit objectives and process sustainability while balancing dealer and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and deploy global KPIs to ensure the credit process hits all strategic benchmarks.
• Champion process-oriented methodologies and mandatory management tools across the credit landscape.
• Harmonize New Business operations with institutional risk guidelines and compliance mandates.
• Engineer procedures and solutions aimed at risk mitigation and departmental performance optimization.

What you should bring along?  

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. 
• 5-6 years of experience in Financial .
• 3-4 years of experience in Automotive Industry.
• Excellent communication skills oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced english.
