Controlling Assistant Specialist

By leveraging data and analytics, we provide accurate and timely financial information and enable sound business decisions.

This is a fixed-term contract for up to 3 years.
What awaits you?
- Drive month-end closing activities, deliver ad-hoc financial analyses, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes across banking, leasing, and insurance products.
- Monitor and steer the financial performance of BMW Financial Services in Greece.
- Analyze and evaluate the financial performance of existing and new products and provide management with clear recommendations.
- Prepare recurring analyses and reports, and manage key financial KPIs.
- Further develop tools, dashboards, and (AI-based) automation solutions to increase efficiency and improve data quality.
- Identify and assess relevant financial risks and derive appropriate mitigation measures.
- You will work closely with our international Controlling network and stakeholders.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in controlling, finance, banking, or a comparable role—ideally in an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Curiosity and openness towards digitalization and AI.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with diverse stakeholders.
- A structured, organized working style and the ability to proactively manage processes and deliverables.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.
