Our Remarketing team activates BMW dealers and external bids for returned used vehicle assets to maximize revenue and collaborates with dealers to promote sales by offering SF residual value products.

What awaits you?

• Support for the processes related to vehicle returns and pre-inspection.
  차량 반납과 사전 검수에 관한 프로세스를 지원합니다.
• Assist with tasks such as vehicle ownership transfer, updating system information, and uploading vehicle inspection reports.
  차량 명의 이전, 시스템 정보 업데이트, 차량 검수 보고서 업로드 등의 업무를 지원합니다.
• Facilitate communication with relevant personnel about the returned vehicle process.
  반납 차량 프로세스에 대한 유관 담당자와의 커뮤니케이션을 지원합니다.
• Monitoring and analysis support for used car market price trends.
  중고차 시장 가격 트렌드를 모니터링하고 분석합니다.
• Support managing returned vehicle systems by administering user registration and deletion.
  반납차량 시스템의 사용자를 등록 및 삭제하며 관리를 지원합니다.
• Respond to system-related inquiries.
  반납차량 시스템 관련 문의에 응대합니다.

What should you bring along?

• Someone with a basic understanding of BMW Group’s vehicles and our financial products
  BMW Group의 차량 및 당사 금융 상품에 대한 기본 이해도가 있는 분
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  엑셀, 파워포인트, 워드 등 MS Office 활용이 가능하신 분
• Proactive, eager to learn, and meticulous in performing tasks
  주도적으로 학습하고 적극적이며, 꼼꼼하게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
• Able to collaborate and communicate smoothly with diverse stakeholders
  다양한 이해관계자와 원활하게 협업하고 소통할 수 있는 분

• Basic English communication skills
  기본적인 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력을 갖춘 분

• Being a 4-year university student who is not scheduled to graduate immediately is a plus
  4년제 대학 재학생으로, 당장 졸업이 예정되지 않은 분 우대
