Intern, Aftersales (f/m/x). 

What can you expect?

• Support the Aftersales Manager in daily activities, and administrative tasks.
• Support dealer communication focusing especially on the announcement of all technical campaigns to the dealer network.
• Assist in the monitoring of the fulfilment of warranty related KPIs as well as preparing reports, and statistics on various topics.
• Gain hands-on experience in the goodwill budget follow-up process as well as the monitoring of the disposal of warranty parts.
• Coordinate the collection of data from authorities such as the Ministry of Transport, ensuring the required standards are met.

What can we expect?

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from university (ideally Business, Economics, STEM fields or comparable).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Slovak.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic team in an international environment.
• Ability to deal with complex information and attention to detail.
• Driver’s license B.

We are looking for you to start asap for a period of 12 months with a gross salary of 1.350€ / monthly, full time internship contract.
