• Support internal branding and content creation including designing newsletters, posters, and short-form videos
  사내 브랜딩 및 콘텐츠 제작을 지원하며 뉴스레터, 포스터, 숏폼 영상 등을 기획/디자인합니다.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
  채용 및 온보딩 업무를 지원하며 면접 일정 조율, 지원자 안내, 입사자 온보딩을 담당합니다.
• Assist internal training programs through schedule management, participant communication, and feedback reporting.
  사내 교육 운영을 지원하며 일정 관리, 참석자 안내, 결과 정리를 담당합니다.
• Support internal events, employee engagement programs, and culture campaigns.
  사내 행사, 임직원 참여 프로그램, 조직문화 캠페인 운영을 지원합니다.
• Provide general HR administrative support including data management and documentation.
  인사 데이터 관리 및 문서 작성 등 HR 운영 업무를 지원합니다.

• Ability to use design tools such as Miricampus, Mangoboard or similar tools with a good sense of visual design
  미리캠퍼스, 망고보드 등 디자인 툴을 활용할 수 있으며 기본적인 미감과 센스를 갖추신 분
• Proficiency in MS office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Words
  Excel, PowerPoint, Word 등 OA 프로그램 활용 능력이 우수하신 분
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  다양한 이해관계자와 원활하게 협업하고 소통할 수 있는 분
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
  주도적으로 배우고 적극적으로 업무에 참여할 수 있는 분
• Fluent English communication skills 
  영어 커뮤니케이션이 능숙하신 분
• Experience in planning and creating short-form or video content is a plus
  숏폼 또는 영상 콘텐츠를 직접 기획, 제작해본 경험이 있으며 포트폴리오에 제출이 가능하신 분 우대
