About the Team
The Brand Communication and Brand Experience team supports the delivery of a consistent BMW customer journey across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring that brand, marketing, and customer communication activities align with BMW brand standards. We support the execution of brand-adequate marketing contents and help ensure a consistent and recognizable BMW brand presence across digital, offline, and dealer channels through cross-functional collaboration. We will be responsible for analyzing industry and market trends, as well as evaluating message effectiveness and communication performance, contributing insights that support both product planning and brand communication strategy.

 

What awaits you?

  • Support KPI monitoring and weekly reporting for BMW Korea and official dealer-owned channels using Adobe Analytics, contributing to identifying insights relevant for product and communication planning.
  • Research automotive industry and market trends across media, online communities, and social platforms to derive insights and support communication strategies.
  • Support content operations for official digital platforms, including translation, content review, updates, and issue follow-up.
  • Support Korean–English translation and localization to ensure consistent, accurate, and brand-aligned communication across channels.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a collaborative work environment.
  • Experience in data analysis, performance reporting, or digital marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Korean and English translation and localization for business or marketing content. 
  • Native in Korean
