About the TeamThe MINI Sales team coordinates market activities to achieve brand objectives in sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The team manages sales performance targets, including volume, market share, turnover, and contribution margins, while supporting dealer-level sales activities and showroom-related policies. What awaits you?

• Process wholesale invoicing and manage stock transfers between dealer partners.
• Prepare and distribute daily wholesale, retail, and electronic invoice reports.
• Review sales allowances and ensure accurate administrative handling.
• Support online sales activities, including contract administration, inventory coordination, and dealer communication.
• Verify dealer-submitted supporting documents (sales allowances, loyalty programs, influencer incentives, target incentives, etc.) related to sales programs and incentives and manage related communications.

 What should you bring along?

• A genuine passion for the MINI brand and its values.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Korean in a professional business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and administrative tasks.
