Young Graduate MINI Online & Customer Support Marketing Officer - FL VII (SBO)

As the Junior MINI Online & Customer Support Marketing Officer, you fulfil a dual role. On one hand, you are the main point of contact for all MINI Belux website and social media topics. On the other, you act as a bridge between the MINI After Sales / Customer Support business colleagues and the MINI marketing department, taking up responsibility for executing 360° marketing campaigns for the Customer Support business objectives.
You actively contribute to the local content strategy for the MINI Belux social media channels, collaborating with international social media colleagues. You work closely with the MINI Customer Journey & Retail Marketing Specialist as well as the MINI Event & Loyalty Specialist, identifying opportunities that can be leveraged on social media. In addition, you support the MINI marketing team, including the MINI Product Manager, as needed with the rollout of national campaigns, events & other initiatives.
Furthermore, you are responsible for translating the MINI Customer Support / After Sales objectives into targeted communication actions, working in close collaboration with counterparts from BMW Marketing.
What awaits you?
- Managing and maintaining content and developments on the national MINI websites (mini.be & mini.lu), in close consultation with the MINI Customer Journey & Retail Marketing Specialist.
- Being in contact with international teams with regards to website developments & improvements, following up in the necessary IT ticketing systems (eg JIRA).
- Defining and monitoring social media content on the Belux channels, working with the responsible agencies and international MINI marketing departments.
- Translating the MINI After Sales / Customer Support objectives into a balanced annual plan focused on measurable campaigns and digital touchpoints, including briefing and following up on campaigns with the respective marketing agencies.
- Managing the media and production budgets associated with these After Sales campaigns as well as monitoring them.
- Supporting the MINI Customer Journey & Retail Marketing Specialist, the MINI Event & Loyalty Specialist as well as MINI Product Manager in the development of campaigns, events & other initiatives.
What should you bring along?
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Communication or equivalent and are eligible for a junior employment contract.
- Know-how of & interest in digital marketing & social media campaigns;
- You enjoy the prospect of working with international teams and can easily find your way through structured processes related to website content and IT ticketing.
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English;
- You consider yourself a project manager who is assertive and a strong team player.
- Interest in automotive and specifically MINI is a plus.
