Specialist Retailer Finance (f/m/x).

What awaits you?

• You will be responsible for financial analysis and performance monitoring of retail partners in selected markets within the Central and Southeastern Europe region.
• You manage the Dealer Benchmarking System (DBS)/ RFB, ensure data quality, validation processes, and reporting flows between retail partners, NSC and BMW AG.
• You support retail partners in interpreting financial results and optimize profitability and cost structures.
• You identify financial risks and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, ensure Contract Market-specific Cost (CMC) steering and claim handling.
• You support financial audits and validate investment proposals.
• In collaboration with external consultants and local BMW colleagues, you will support dealers in performance and cost management.
• You identify local potential from data in the technical context as well as prioritize and implement data-driven Use Cases in the business context.
• You are the contact person for the sales region for the central (AG) Data Transformation Officer.

What should you bring along?

• University degree in Business Administration (e.g., Controlling / Finance / Accounting) or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in controlling/accounting preferred but not a must.
• High social competence as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
• High flexibility and ability to multitask and self-motivate.
• Affinity and expertise for data management and governance
• Very good command of English.
• Good user skills in MS Office.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

We are looking for you as soon as possible for an unlimited duration with an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 3.300 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability. The position is graded as FLVI.
