• Q-Logistics Follow up.
• Leading communication with stakeholders for handshake process.
• Proper implementation of contentions for damage parts.
• Providing transparency about the actual process and it` s needs for improvement and operational status.
• Responsibility of the implementation of the lean production system in the technology and the other interface.
• Ensuring a harmonized and continuous improved process design.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
• Evaluation of upcoming changes with the focus of practicability.                                                                                                                        
• Coordination, alignments and changes of the systems, services, equipment's, structures and processes.                                                                                                                        
• Ensures compliance to logistics processes, legal requirements, ergonomics, health and safety.                                                                                                                       
• Support purchasing activities for equipment's and tools.
• Specify, plan, analyze and execute purchasing activities for equipment's and tools.                                                                                                                        
• Identify, troubleshooting, methodical root cause analysis and solving of problems.
• Data Management and steering and managing the stock level per part number.
• Report of passfits / rework time / rework parts / damage parts.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience in the Automotive Industry in Logistics with focus in Quality.
• Professional background in Lean Production/Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Knowledge of logistics process design and inventory steering.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Analytical thinking and a deep sense of responsibility regarding operational costs.
• Fluent business English.
