Within the Dealer Development & Performance team, we focus on the sustainable development of the BMW Group Belux retail network and on delivering a premium customer experience. As a Junior Dealer Enablement Officer, you will support our retail partners throughout a dynamic digital transformation journey, helping to elevate both the physical and digital customer experience.

What awaits you?

• Supporting retail partners during new build and refurbishment projects by advising on Indoor and Outdoor Communication Systems in line with BMW Group standards
• Managing projects end-to-end, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, guideline-compliant delivery
• Monitoring and analysing customer experience reporting tools (e.g. Mystery Shopping, telephone accessibility) and translating insights into concrete improvement initiatives
• Providing first-line support for digital tools aimed at enhancing customer experience and process efficiency
• Initiating and supporting system improvements and the implementation of new functionalities to increase usability and customer satisfaction
• Leading ad hoc projects and contributing to the successful implementation of the market strategy and retail model

What should you bring along?

• A Master’s degree in an economic or business-related field
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills, with attention to detail
• A strong interest in digital transformation and the automotive industry
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and a continuous improvement attitude
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English
