The Operational HUB supports the execution of financing contracts and provides end‑to‑end customer service throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from signing to completion. Working closely with multiple departments across the organization, the team offers hands‑on exposure to core business processes and collaboration in a professional financial services environment.

What awaits you?

• Sending reminders to customers,
• Review of incoming emails to functional mailboxes,
• Completing data and documents in the system,
• Generating documents from the system,
• Fulfilment of customer requests,
• Other support for the operational department,
• Preparing reports and data analysis,
• Testing support.

What should you bring along?

• Still student at least in one year perspective,
• Fluency in Polish and have good practical knowledge of English,
• Service-oriented mindset,
• Good organizational skills,
• Basic Czech - nice to have.
