At BMW, we shape the future of mobility with innovation, precision, and responsibility. We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide first-class administrative and organizational support to senior leadership within a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment.
This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complexity while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
What awaits you?
- Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, correspondence, and agenda coordination.
- Manage departmental budget tracking and financial administration, including preparation, consolidation, and maintenance of reports for different management levels.
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on executive meetings, workshops, and management sessions, including agendas, presentations, minutes, action tracking, and timeline monitoring.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including expense submission, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Support internal committees and cross-functional projects, ensuring structured follow-up on deliverables, milestones, and decision outcomes.
- Track, analyze, and prepare KPI reports, providing regular and accurate updates to management and supporting alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide administrative and organizational support related to compliance, safety, training initiatives, and environmental programs.
- Actively coordinate and drive social responsibility initiatives and other strategic activities at site or organizational level.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and confidentiality at all times.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Executive Assistance, or a related discipline.
- Advanced to fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive-level administrative roles supporting senior management.
- Strong experience in budget tracking, reporting, and coordination of management-level information.
- Experience with ERP and expense management systems (e.g., SAP SRM, SAP Concur, or similar tools) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and reliability when handling sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities independently.
