What awaits you?

As a Quality Advanced Specialist you will be responsible for data analysis and problem solving for main quality issues, follow up for incoming quality in TCF. Adress topics to responsable processes including Body Shop, Paint Shop and Assembly area:

• Daily steering for main quality issues affecting TCF.
• Support for daily production regarding quality paint issues.
• Deep quality paint analysis, tracking and steering with all the parts involved.
• AQ results validation and next steps for findings.
• Support and follow up actions for findings in system audits such as ISA, ISO, Dyko.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or any related field.
• Experience in the automotive industry in Paint area. 
• Advanced excel knowledge, data analysis and Power BI.
• IPP application process knowledge, rework methods and material knowledge for painted surface.
• Problem-solving methods and experience in root cause analysis (Quality tools, Ishikawa, 5Why´s, etc.).
• Good communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent business English.
