What awaits you?
- Managing and coordinating the payout process for sales allowances, bonuses, and incentives for dealers based on guidelines and sales performance.
- Calculating, reconciling, and distributing dealer bonuses and incentives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Dealer Network Development, and Customer Support departments.
- Conducting retail notification quality control by verifying dealer documentation and data within internal control frameworks and recommending process improvements.
- Overseeing invoicing accuracy to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, while working closely with accounting to address discrepancies.
- Maintaining documented communication with the dealer network and generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant metrics.
- Monitoring and managing the departmental budget in cooperation with the financial controller and accounting teams, while recommending cost optimization actions.
- Developing and implementing improvements to payout processes and quality control in sales support and reporting.
What should you bring along?
- 1 – 2 years in administration/finance area or in the area of analysis,
- Previous experience in automotive industry will be an asset,
- Capable of acting in multi task environment,
- Well-organised, analytical skills,
- Ability to analyse and synthesize information, especially business process analysis,
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
