As a Container Management Specialist, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

What awaits you?

• Work environment – you will be working at the Communication Center located within the BMW Group Plant Debrecen, in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment, together with other office employees and your direct teammates. The Communication Center is a state-of-the-art office space equipped with kitchenettes, coffee stations, and ergonomic workstations, and also includes a company cafeteria.
• Team – as a member of our Container Management Specialist Team you’ll be working in an international environment. Locally the team consists of around 3 people, but you will be a member of the bigger logistics organization of Plant Debrecen.
• Analyzing and implementing – analyzing business processes and business requirements to improve quality and efficiency together with relevant process experts. Design and implement digitalization concepts, such as dashboards, RPAs, Smart Apps.

• Creating dashboards and testing systems – implementing dashboards and utilizing Cloud Data or Tableau to monitor process KPI. Performing system tests optimazing existing IT systems and digitalisation solutions user training. Providing support regarding the central container management system CMS. Creating process and IT documentation, and training materials.
• Cooperation – you have intensive exchange with team members at other sites especially in Munich.

What should you bring along?

• Education – you obtain university degree in a technical or business-related field or you have equivalent professional experience.
• Work experience – you have minimum one year experience in supply chain/logistics, as well as project management, operation or packaging technology.
• Work schedule – willingness to work on-site during regular business hours. Remote work may be considered based on alignment with your line manager.
• Technical knowledge – programming skills with excellent knowledge of Digitalisation tools. Strong skills especially in analysing, structuring, prioritizing, communicating, and visualizing. Knowledge of logistics and SAP (R3, HANA) would be an advantage.
• Soft skills – you have ability to interact with other cultures and to work in inter-disciplinary and cooperate with international teams. You are flexible, motivated and willing to travel both domestic and international business trips.
• Language Skills – you speak fluent English and Hungarian, German language would be highly beneficial.
