We promote a stimulating work environment that gives every Person the opportunity to fully express their talent, contributing to the company's success.The Credit Officer is responsible for analyzing, examining, and evaluating within specified credit limits, the applications from retail, leasing and insurance business lines, while fully supporting and actively working upon contract implementation process.

What awaits you?

• Manage end‑to‑end credit applications for Retail, Leasing and Insurance.
• Collect and validate applicant data, calculate credit metrics and record collateral.
• Generate product/service quotations and prepare application submissions.
• Analyze and rate applications within authorized limits and perform fraud/compliance checks.
• Prepare and book contracts, verify customer identity, obtain signatures and activate insurances.
• Chase and resolve missing or incorrect documentation; communicate status to customers and dealers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the local dealer network and provide training support.
• Support credit policy development and periodic reviews with Risk & Sales.
• Contribute to New Business projects, including design, testing and implementation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, accuracy and compliance.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or another related field.
• Master’s degree in the above fields will be considered a plus.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Extensive knowledge on Financial Services or Banking environment (preferably within automotive industry).
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Analytical skills and result orientation.
• Strong motivation, assertiveness, sovereignty, integrity.
• Fluent in English and Greek language.
