Paint Shop Digitalization Developer Maintenance Planning Intern (Fall 2026)

Description:
Support Paint Shop training initiatives. Key member in the digitalization team and growth of the paint shop and plant training process.
The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute and improve in the following functions:
- Developing tools used for reporting and planning (excel, Apex, Power bi, or others).
- Develop a custom course, opportunity to teach this course or others.
- Plan projects related to technical training equipment/processes.
- Learn new technologies (Augmented Reality, new software).
- Reporting of technical trainings.
- Further development of reporting tools (oracle/SharePoint).
- Maintenance of reporting systems.
- Planning of future courses.
- Gap analysis (qualifications).
- Data analysis (training data).
- Forecasting training needs.
- Assist TCT (Training Coordination Team) as needed, new class development, planning, etc.
Qualifications:
- Computer Science, ME, EE, data analytics, or similar.
- SQL and VBA.
- Oracle.
- Databases.
- Microsoft Power Apps.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
