Job DescriptionI. Assignment Purpose/Scope
Communicates to management any changes or issues that may impact department or company performance and collaborates with management to achieve resolution. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
II. Assignment Qualifications- Engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Mechanical)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with VLOOKUP, Macros, etc. preferred)
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Effective communication skills
- Ensure cars complete the entire ATG process on time
- Drive and steer supplier quality representatives when issues negatively impact product quality
- Make tactical decisions for urgent issues and manage support groups in problem solving and prevention
- Perform strategic management to anticipate change
- Ensure department goals are consistently met and maintain continuous improvement in all measurable areas
- Update Co-Op manual
- Create process sheets for the high-speed test track facility
- Develop an e-learning module for the ATG process
- IPSQ

- Knowledge of launch process
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week)
- Transfer students must have a GPA from their current university
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
- Work term dates are August 10th – December 11th, 2026
