• Manage real estate development projects end-to-end, ensuring comprehensive, requirements-driven planning and execution aligned with project objectives.
• Ensure implementation of agreed methodologies across projects.
• Support, advise, and enable standardized project execution focusing on project management methods (MPS), lean principles, cost control, BIM, and supplier management.
• Commission consultants and experts as needed.
• Identify needs for efficient project work and facilitate feedback of best practices and lessons learned to the network and governance bodies.
• Assess project phase maturity at defined milestones, monitor plan status against goals, and report to management (e.g., RfE).
• Oversee contract management throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
• Handle purchase and sale transactions of real estate.
• Guarantee completeness and quality of all transaction-related data within systems.
• Manage rental and cancellation processes for real estate properties and space.
• Commission brokers, consultants, and experts as needed.
