• Develop and implement data-driven business planning and performance management frameworks to align strategy and operations
• Coordinate Balanced Scorecard target setting and follow-up with senior management
• Lead regular market business reviews and local business workshops with executive management
• Support budget processes and meetings between CEO/CFO and headquarters
• Drive robust corporate governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance governance standards across the organization

What should you bring along? 

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; 
• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or similar areas;
• Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools;
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior executives;
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities;
• Proficiency in project and change management, with a strategic mindset and growth orientation.
