The Roadside Assistance and Mobile Service Data Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable analytics and reporting to support Roadside Assistance and Mobile Service operations. The analyst owns key performance reporting, trend analysis, and Voice of Customer insights, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy, system alignment, and informed decision making. The position plays a critical role in KPI reporting, dealer performance visibility, and data integration initiatives that drive continuous improvement in customer experience and mobile service strategy.
WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Deliver actionable analytics and recurring performance reports to support Roadside Assistance and Mobile Service operations.
- Prepare and distribute bi weekly and ad hoc performance reports for dealer partners, including job invitations, acceptance rates, and lost opportunities.
- Maintain and manage geographic coverage data to ensure alignment across operational systems.
- Develop and maintain monthly KPI dashboards and executive level scorecards using internal and external data sources.
- Analyze service trends by model and geography, and present insights to operational and leadership stakeholders.
- Support cross functional teams with standard and investigative reporting requests.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors on data integration initiatives, including API based data ingestion.
- Create, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports within enterprise BI platforms.
- Collaborate with vendor BI teams to ensure data accuracy, usability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze Voice of Customer and NPS data, including qualitative insights from customer feedback.
- Support business development initiatives through targeted analytics and reporting.
- Perform additional analytical tasks and special projects as needed.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Bachelor’s degree with a business or data science major OR equivalent work experience in related field of business administration or reporting.
- 3-5 years’ data reporting experience in BI platforms like Tableau, Palantir or Qlik as well as experience with Salesforce and building reports and data sets.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Strong critical thinking and logic skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with creation of data sets in on prem or cloud systems.
- Visio Flowcharting.

In support of BMW Group’s business objectives, this position requires regular onsite attendance at a BMW office/facility with remote work capability (hybrid).
The expected salary range for this position is $57,900.00 - $93,700.00.
