We are looking for a Technical Support Expert who will ensure the highest standards of safety and quality across our regional workshop network. You will solve complex technical problems, coach workshop teams, and improve processes that shape the customer experience. Working closely with a team of experienced specialists, you will provide premium technical support to authorized Service Partners in the Nordic region.
What awaits you?
- Provide escalated technical support to authorized Service Partners, collaborating with the Technical Support hub first line.
- Deliver onsite expert technical support at Service Partner locations as needed.
- Coach Service Partners on associated processes, systems, and current topics.
- Produce communications such as guidelines, bulletins, and newsletters.
- Conduct technical investigations on-site with external partners.
- Report new faults and quality deviations to BMW product development.
What should you bring along?
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working for Aftersales OEM.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with confidence in presenting and discussing topics.
- In-depth product knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles, with a good understanding of BMW systems.
- High accuracy in data handling and a systematic problem-solving mindset.
- Self-driven and proactive personality with a strong interest in the latest technology.
- BMW High-Voltage Expert (HVE) certificate or equivalent from other manufacturers, or experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is a strong plus.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel on short notice.
- Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
