WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Support ongoing development, improvement, and implementation of the Aftersales Granular Performance Management (GPM) program, including milestone tracking and governance.
- Maintain strong communication with department heads to gather feedback, negotiate annual KPIs, and ensure the program remains relevant across all operational touchpoints.
- Help facilitate monthly GPM working sessions by monitoring dealer performance, identifying underperforming areas, and steering discussions toward clear, actionable next steps.
- Assist with establishing performance‑tracking processes, maintaining communication and reporting plans, and supporting integration of GPM logic within regional and national operations, including a bilateral feedback platform.
- Support the creation and upkeep of strategic work‑package performance‑tracking processes while assisting with periodic management reviews and escalating risks or deviations as needed.
- Support the full 3LTA target management process, including maintaining tracking systems, collecting quarterly updates, and identifying shortfalls and risks.
- Maintain and support the internal target‑tracking platform while contributing to quarterly performance reporting for the C4 US A management circle.
- Serve as QMS Champion for C4‑US‑A‑1 by assisting with QMS reviews and providing support during audits.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Finance, Corporate Strategy, Sales & Service Strategy, strategic Marketing/Brand management, Product Management; Strategy Consulting experiences beneficial
- Experience working at BMW HQ a plus

Relocation is available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position is $57,900.00 - $95,500.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
