To plan and achieve customer support targets, determine, monitor and steer dealer-wise targets, coordinate with National Sales Company to support dealers in order to achieve national level targets as per BMW India and HQ guidelines.

To steer dealers towards sales funnel and marketing objectives. Align with dealers as per the marketing support bulletin from NSC and steer dealers to achieve the same.

Act as the NSC point of contact with the customer interaction center for smooth operations of CIC.
