What the program offers for you:

As a member of the Accelaration Program you will be within the Controlling departments in BMW Group, both on Cars and Motorcycles, where you will perform activities that will make an impact in our business.

What you should bring with you:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or any related field with excellent grades, completed between jul/2023 and dez/2025.

6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience (e.g., internships, training, initial professional experience).

4+ months of international experience (e.g., studies, practical experience, work & travel).

Fluent business English. Spanish and German are an advantage.

A sharp intellect.

Passion for BMW.

Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and willingness to build leadership skills.

Readiness for an international career.
