Business Intelligence Trainee

As Business Intelligence Trainee you will be responsible of exploratory data analysis by identifying trends and patterns using statistical techniques and visualization tools, and contribute to designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports that enable informed decision-making. Additionally, you will document your work, including processes and best practices, and share your knowledge with the team and the broader organization.
What awaits you?
- Operate and gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external data providers, preparing the data for analysis.
- Identify and address data quality issues such as missing values, inconsistencies, and outliers, transforming data into a suitable format for analysis.
- Support exploratory data analysis by identifying trends and patterns, generating insights using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
- Prepare and document work processes, methodologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the broader BI team and organization.
- Assist in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports that clearly and concisely present analyzed data to enable informed decision-making.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience, internships or academic projects in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, or similar.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to document and share insights clearly.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
