Our team at Alphabet International, part of BMW Financial Services, is dedicated to innovative fleet management and mobility solutions for international enterprise customers. Here, you will support us in shaping the future of international fleet management.

What awaits you?

• You will support the preparation and development of customer presentations and participate in international business review meetings.
• Furthermore, you help with communication and coordination with Alphabet country subsidiaries and cooperation partners.
• Moreover, you assist in maintaining customer information presentations for management.
• In addition, you contribute to preparing international customer reports, such as CO2 and fleet analyses.
• You will help to collect and process market-specific data and market trends.
• Furthermore, you support the organization of monthly recurring tender processes.
• You will assist in implementing process optimizations through digitization measures and contribute to project tasks.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in business administration, economics, international management or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to proactively identify issues and provide effective solutions.
• Basic knowledge of leasing and sales processes is an advantage.
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (mandatory); German language skills are a plus.
