Assistant Service Manager
BMW Group Park Lane are looking for an Assistant Service Manager. This role is based at BMW Park Royal Aftersales Centre.
This role is responsible for administering and assisting all site service departments to levels that consistently exceeds the customer’s expectations. To take full responsibility for the customer’s vehicles whilst in our domain. To maintain an agreed level of discipline, quality, efficiency whilst remaining profitable, safe and well organised at all times. Manage on site business support resources in line with Group SLA processes and agreements.

- Ensure agreed processes are managed, communicated and maintained for customers and staff alike – maximising opportunities and customer expectations in accordance with our working charter.
- Deal with customers in a courteous, efficient and considerate manner.
- Dispute resolution in accordance with process
- Promote and drive the sale of all services available.
- Manage financial responsibilities and expectations
- Coordinate aftersales departments and staff
- Measure and maintain department budget expectations
What should you bring along?
- Competent level in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent)
- Demonstratable customer handling skills
- Experience of working at the front of house, preferably within a recognised and appropriate vehicle service industry.
- Articulate and well spoken
Details
- 45 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 6 pm with 1 hour lunch.
- Saturday working (as per rota) – 1 in 4, paid as overtime.
- 25 Days annual leave, plus bank holidays
