WHAT AWAITS YOU. 

  • Maintain consistent and proactive consumer communication commencing at 180 to -8 days to lease or balloon maturity (or as dictated by programs and initiatives) to ensure the consumer is properly educated on lease end obligations and replacement vehicle opportunities.
  • Increase consumer retention and support BMW Group Sales of BMW and MINI products as outlined in the “Lease End Hierarchy”.
  • Handle financial related calls to/from the BMW Financial Services Call Center for BMW and MINI (Group FS) accounts and issues related to their inquiry after authenticating and verifying the identity of the consumer.
  • Advise lease-end customers of their lease end obligations, options, and programs.
  • Fully document customer interactions using the system tools available to maintain a complete customer contact history.

 
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING. 

  • 6+ Months Customer Service Experience
  • 6+ Months Automotive Finance or Automotive Experience Preferred
  • 6+ Months Call Center Experience Preferred
  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred) 

 
The expected salary range for this position is $41,600.00 - $66,800.00.  

 

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements. 


Specifics: Position reports to Emily Totedo, Manager, Team Lease Loyalty. It is Columbus, OH based and is in salary band EL VII Non Exempt. The selected candidate’s Personal Grade (PG) and geographical location will be used as the final components of the salary band assignment. Relocation assistance is not available.
