What awaits you?
The Direct Sales Implementation Project Specialist position includes a dual role: initially serving as a Business Support Coordinator for approximately one year during the project phase, followed by a Project Lead role focusing on system implementation and direct sales topics.
As Business Support Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Introducing new system functionalities
- Attending coordination meetings and conducting demos
- Performing translations and validating legal texts
- Supporting testing activities
- Monitoring KPIs and defining action plans if necessary
- Managing tickets and supervising processes
- Communicating with dealers
- Coordinating with regional project leaders and participating in weekly meetings
As Project Lead you will be responsible for:
- Supporting system implementation related to CRM and sales systems
- Gathering requirements, preparing and executing tests
- Performing necessary activities for the go-live phase
- Participating in trainings and related meetings with internal and regional central teams
Expectations
- Degree in Business, Informatics (IT), or equivalent education or professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in system implementation or business analysis
- Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM systems is an advantage
- Strong project management skills to steer projects in an international environment
- Conceptual thinking with the ability to connect given targets to operational necessities
- Fluent in English and in Hungarian (German is an asset)
- Team player with a hands-on, self-driven attitude and excellent communication skills
