As a Material Handling Specialist, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

What awaits you?

• Work Environment – You will operate forklifts and walkie stackers to manage materials efficiently in a dynamic production environment.
• Material Handling – You handle, transport, and organize materials ensuring timely availability for production needs.
• Collaboration – You work closely with logistics, production, and quality teams to support smooth operations.
• Documentation – You accurately document material movements and maintain reports to support traceability and operational efficiency.
• Continuous Training – You participate in training programs to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.
• Process Improvement – You contribute suggestions to optimize material handling and logistics processes.

What should you bring along?

• Educational Background – Material handling (forklift) license and a high school diploma are mandatory.
• Professional Experience – Minimum 1 year of relevant experience within the last 5 years.
• IT Skills – Basic IT knowledge including proficiency in office software and computer use. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Precision & Teamwork – You work accurately and enjoy collaborating in a team. Strong communication skills are essential.
