Coordinator Methods specialist for Flux Process

Passion is our starting point at the automotive industry. It transforms a job into a true calling, driving us to constantly reinvent mobility and bring innovative ideas to life on the road. This shared enthusiasm for our projects is what forges our teams into strong, unified forces, where every perspective is valued. It's when expertise, highly professional processes, and a genuine enjoyment of our work come together that we truly shape the future, collaboratively.

What awaits you?

  • Take full ownership of parameter setting and optimization for the ZKS coating process.
  • Secure production processes during the integration of new products and efficiently manage incoming product and process changes affecting the Flux application.
  • Evaluate product and process changes from a process technology perspective; participate actively in process change approvals and risk assessments (FMEA) to support energy module project improvements.
  • Drive technology improvements through Innovation to Optimization (ItO) and further optimization to deployment (OtD) of process parameters, supporting series production.
  • Ensure start-up, ramp-up, and series production requirements are consistently met.
  • Provide expert support to process planning, maintenance, and production teams in resolving complex faults.
  • Actively engage in cross-plant working groups to develop and standardize technical standards and specifications for production processes.
  • Represent production interests assertively with process partners (planning, development), providing clear feedback on evaluations and managing communication related to non-conforming or out-of-tolerance parts and suppliers.

What should you bring along?

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with strong technical leadership skills ready to take on significant responsibilities.

  • Minimum technical degree, preferably in Process Technologies such as Chemistry, Printing, or Painting.
  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in painting or related technical fields.
  • Proven track record as a production specialist or methodologist, ideally in automated production environments.
  • Deep knowledge of printing/painting processes and camera technologies (vision systems).
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing complex data, leading capability studies, and applying structured problem-solving methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and the ability to effectively represent production interests to process partners.
  • High motivation, creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Business fluent English.
