What awaits you?
As an Advanced Specialist E/E, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of electrical and electronic (E/E) components through rigorous testing and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Plan, conduct, and oversee specialized tests on E/E components, including assessments of electrical performance and insulation resistance.
- Analyze test data thoroughly, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to support quality assurance efforts.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during testing procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to support product development and ensure compliance with all technical specifications.
- Maintain precise records of testing procedures, results, and laboratory activities in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
What should you bring along?
We are looking for a technical expert with a strong quality mindset and proven experience in automotive or related industries, particularly in laboratory environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in automotive or similarly structured manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in E/E component communication and hands-on experience in test laboratories.
- Solid understanding of analysis and evaluation methods applied to E/E testing.
- Clear knowledge of vehicle BUS communication protocols such as CAN and LIN.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, balanced with the discipline to work independently and in a structured way.
- Business fluent in English.
