What awaits you?
Your mission is to independently ensure product compliance and advance quality maturity through thorough testing, auditing, and root-cause analysis.
- Execute product evaluations and requalification tests autonomously, performing comprehensive testing and audits to verify compliance with safety, reliability, and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain master checklists and specific test requirements, actively driving process standardization and strengthening quality documentation.
- Proactively detect and document quality deviations, facilitating the coordination of corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth fault analyses on energy modules, including detailed examinations of interfaces with vehicle systems and production test systems.
- Guarantee strict compliance with test protocols while contributing to the efficient management of test capacity. Support continuous improvements within the integrated management system.
What should you bring along?
We seek an independent and structured professional with proven technical expertise in manufacturing quality and electronic operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry or other structured manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience in Electrical/Electronic operations.
- Strong knowledge of measurement equipment and testing methodologies.
- Relevant certifications in High Voltage or calibration are a plus, though not mandatory.
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach, while collaborating effectively within functional teams.
- Business fluent in English.
