What awaits you?

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement within our maintenance department. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and consolidating information to facilitate effective communication and coordination across all maintenance shifts.
  • Organizing, analyzing, and evaluating maintenance data to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyzing production processes, identifying errors, and leading efforts to eliminate issues in a highly automated environment.
  • Defining and implementing short-term corrective actions on-site to maintain system sustainability and maximize overall production capability.
  • Optimizing existing production processes, with a focus on core technologies, to enhance value creation and achieve peak performance in your area of responsibility.
  • Delivering targeted training to team members to ensure proficiency and adherence to new or updated processes.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in production environments, with strong expertise in KPI reporting and process development.
  • Proven track record as a process leader or production specialist.
  • Advanced analytical skills and hands-on experience with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Highly motivated, creative, assertive, and proactive mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
