As a Logistics specialist at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. 

What awaits you?

• Work environment - you will be working in a modern, digitalized, open office-style environment, together with other office employees and your direct teammates which is equipped with kitchenettes, coffee stations, and ergonomic workstations, and also includes a company cafeteria.
  
  
• Team – as a member of our Logistics team you’ll be working in a multicultural environtment together with ~15 people. In the team there are junior, medior and senior colleagues, as well, and they are splitted into smaller groups based on the focus points.
  
  
• Process management – overseeing daily logistics processes, coordinating incoming and outgoing goods, empty containers, line supply, and warehouse workflows. Identifying errors, resolving issues, and performing root cause analysis.
  
  
• Liaison – maintaining continuous communication with production in case of physical logistics escalations.
  
  
• Procurement – planning, analyzing, and executing the procurement of equipment and tools.
  
  
• Service Provider Management – continuous communication with logistics service providers, measuring and reporting KPIs.
  
  
• Quality and Improvement – conducting Gemba activities to ensure work quality and safety compliance, generating baseline data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

What should you bring along?

• Educational background – bachelor degree in business administration or in other related field OR equivalent professional experience.
  
  
• Work experience - minimum 2 years of working experience within logistics in a similar position.

• Language skills - English and Hungarian language knowledge both written and spoken.
  
  
• Work schedule – willingness to work in shifts if needed.
  
  
• Software knowledge - Microsoft Office Software skills.
  
  
• Precision & Teamwork - ability to work in a team, assertiveness, and strong communication skills.
