As a Senior Financial Analyst, Controlling Operations, you are responsible for controlling of marketing budgets including target steering and monitoring, system controls and digitalization. In addition, you will support the implementation of the GFBB project in the US market.


WHAT AWAITS YOU.

  • Oversee the Cost of Wholesale overheads budget for BMW Marketing – including personnel, marketing and structural costs.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely, accurate and meaningful internal reports are available to support the business requirements.
  • Facilitate, collaborate and challenge business forecasts, at a departmental and cost center level. Ensure completeness and accuracy of forecasts.
  • Prepare forecasts in reporting systems as per BMW Group requirements.
  • Ensure respective departmental and organizations’ budget targets are communicated, monitored and achieved.
  • Encourage and support the business to define enablers to reach targets and the progression of financial opportunities to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Prepare monthly financial close in close collaboration with accounting and relevant departments/business units.
  • Be prepared to report financial data on a regular basis to cost center managers and communicate effectively to Senior Management.
  • Perform financial controlling review and release as per purchasing policy, legal and financial compliant for purchase requisitions, call off purchase orders, miscellaneous billing, new project proposals, and financial process changes with a focus on approved budget topics.
  • Support the implementation of GFBB in the US market.    


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance / Controlling / Accounting / Economics / Financial Markets.
  • Experience with BMW Group preferred.

Relocation is available for this position. 

This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.

The expected salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $125,000.00.

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
