As Customer Relationship Trainee you will be responsible for managing the area budget and overseeing internal processes in collaboration with the Finance, Purchasing, and Legal departments. This role requires effective collaboration with various areas to execute special projects and events, as well as supplier management and support for internal purchase requisitions. Additionally, the position involves overseeing compliance with data privacy regulations, preparing monthly reports on dealer rankings, and developing CRM analytics for Latin American importers. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating surveys for prospects, developing visual materials in collaboration with creative agencies, and customer segmentation for marketing campaigns and events.
What awaits you?
- Oversee and manage the area budget, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the organization and effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with the Finance, Purchasing, and Legal departments to streamline internal processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate, select, and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet organizational standards.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining the integrity of data management practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive CRM analytics for Latin American importers, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and enhance customer engagement.
- Prepare and present detailed monthly reports on dealer performance and rankings, analyzing trends and recommending strategies for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of special projects and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective collaboration across various teams and alignment with business objectives.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in budget management, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all relevant processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish language.
