Join the THE NEW RETAIL Core Team and support the implementation of new digital processes and systems in collaboration with our European markets.

What awaits you?

• You contribute to the sales model transformation of the BMW Group.
• Experience a dynamic and international environment with innovative concepts, processes, and tools.
• Collaborate with IT and Business teams to support the go-live plan for new markets in Europe.
• Support the planning and design of future sales channel development.
• Create analyses on current challenges and prepare insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate and document international meetings with market representatives.
• Assist the project team with go-live milestone planning and communication.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Team and communication skills.
• Structured and analytical approach to tasks.
• Interest in the interface between business administration and IT.
• Interest in sales topics and collaboration with European sales teams.
• Proficiency in German and English, and familiarity with MS Office.
• Experience with programming languages like SQL, PQL, Python.
