Controlling Mexico & Importer Markets Coordinator.

As Controlling Mexico & Importer Markets Coordinator you will be responsible for guiding employees through National Sales Company policies, approving business trips in accordance with the budget and Travel Policy, and preparing KCI reports for the achievement of ICS measures. Additionally, you will manage departmental budgets and monitor overhead costs, ensuring control of expenses and investments for Mexico and Importer Market sales to meet annual targets. Also inform managers about the current status of the cost centers for which they are responsible. 

 

What awaits you? 

  • Ensure that all employees understand and adhere to NSC policies.
  • Evaluate and approve business trips, ensuring compliance with the budget of each cost center and the Travel Policy.
  • Prepare the KCI report for tracking and achieving ICS measures.
  • Derive, agree upon, and follow up on departmental budgets, as well as the achievement of objectives and performance parameters related to overhead costs.
  • Oversee and control all overhead expenses and investments for Mexico and Importer Market sales, ensuring compliance with annual targets.
  • Analyze and communicate the current status of the cost centers for which managers are responsible, facilitating informed decision-making.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or cost control, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting processes, and cost management practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to various stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel) and familiarity with reporting and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships across departments.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
