What awaits you?
- Responsible for the postings and reconciliations of credit losses for BMW Financial with the contract management system.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records through bank account reconciliations.
- Responsible for postings related to loan terminations, including refinancing and restructuring.
- Reconcile the EFP of portfolio loans with the Retail Finance contract management system.
- Provide assistance for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with established regulations.
- Responsible for entries related to retail reserves and customer reimbursements.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of reconciling items to ensure appropriate resolution within established guidelines.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in financial services or accounting, with a focus on reconciliations and postings.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Excel) and contract management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish language.
