Senior Software Analyst.

As a Senior Software Analyst, you will be responsible for providing project management and business analysis services for your assigned technical products, applications, or projects. You will work within an agile/DevOps delivery model, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members. Additionally, you may take on operational tasks and fulfill the role of Agile Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
What awaits you?
- Oversee the delivery of IT-related projects using BMW ITPM processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and external providers to align resources for high-quality project delivery.
- Develop a strong understanding of business processes and take ownership of the functional solution, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Lead the Agile team in adopting processes, facilitating key events, and clearing obstacles to enhance team productivity.
- Create detailed user stories and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria to meet business goals.
- Guide support tasks, resolve escalated issues, and implement ITSM/ITIL processes to ensure stable operations and compliance with SLAs
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in project management and business analysis within an IT environment, with a focus on Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent, and Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with experience in translating business processes into functional requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English and Spanish language.
